Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging
- Equipment must show no signs of installation or use
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Important Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened coffee beans or ground coffee products
- Used culinary items or gravy mixes
- Activated commercial equipment (Bunn brewers, espresso machines, etc.)
- Granita & Gourmet Ice Dispensers once installed
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return:
- Contact our team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order details and reason for return
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Package your return securely with all original packaging
- Ship your return to our Panama City facility (return shipping at your expense)
Return Shipping Information
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
- Insuring your package for its full value
- Including your Return Authorization Number clearly on the package
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or product changes):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
- Specify the replacement product you’d prefer
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
Note: Additional charges may apply if the exchange item is of higher value.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (especially important for our commercial coffee brewers or espresso machines):

- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost
