Order Processing

We carefully prepare all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Equipment must show no signs of installation or use
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened coffee beans or ground coffee products (Farmer Brothers Ground Coffee, Farmer Brothers Premium)
  • Used culinary items or gravy mixes
  • Activated commercial equipment (Bunn Commercial Coffee Brewers, Espresso Machines)
  • Granita & Gourmet Ice Dispensers once installed

Return Process

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package your return securely with all original packaging
  5. Ship your return to our Panama City facility (return shipping at your expense)

Return Shipping Tips

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
  • Insure your package for its full value
  • Clearly mark your Return Authorization Number on the package

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or product changes):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
  3. Specify your preferred replacement product

We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item. Additional charges may apply if the exchange item is of higher value.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective commercial equipment (espresso machines, coffee brewers, etc.):

  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost
