5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unopened, unused items in original packaging. Exceptions include:

• Opened coffee beans or ground coffee products
• Used culinary items or gravy mixes
• Activated commercial equipment
• Installed Granita & Gourmet Ice Dispensers

5.2 Return Process

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
